Tom is a Partner in our Corporate Tax team and specialises in the insurance sector.

As well as overseeing his clients’ tax compliance, Tom advises on planning issues, structuring and due diligence. He works with clients ranging from privately held and private equity backed companies to listed businesses, ensuring transactions are carried out in a tax efficient manner.

Tom has worked on all sides of transactions, including working for a Fortune 100 financial services client that was divesting of assets in the UK and Ireland.

Tom also has experience working in house on a secondment basis for a multinational insurance group, where part of his role included overseeing the quarterly tax provisioning process for the UK subgroup.
