Benny Wong is a Partner in our Financial Services team.
Benny leads our Wealth and Asset Management team. He is experienced in providing audit services to a wide range of clients including wealth managers, traditional asset managers, private equity firms, venture capital businesses and FX/CFD businesses.
Well-versed in working with businesses from start-up to global corporate groups and family offices, he has led the audit of management entities and the audit of funds (UCITS, Investment Trusts and PE funds), for private and AIM/LSE listed companies.
Benny is pragmatic in his audit approach, investing time to understand each clients’ business well. He uses his extensive knowledge of accounting and relevant reporting requirements, including IFRS and FRS and SORPs, to help clients with the challenges they face and ensure they are compliant with different laws and regulations.
He is also well versed in the FCA rules within CASS 6 and 7, and leads CASS audit engagements for FCA regulated clients (both limited assurance and reasonable assurance).
