PKF Littlejohn has opened its new fully refurbished office location in Leeds.
Having maintained its current presence at One Park Row for over six years, the new Leeds office at 12 King Street represents a major step forward for the firm, which has a long-standing and significant reputation in the Yorkshire business community.
The office move is a reflection of PKF’s strong growth in Leeds, which has seen the team more than treble in size in recent years. This has been built on the success of PKF’s highly-respected restructuring and advisory business, led by James Sleight, and the firm becoming established as a regional leader in audit, actuarial and business solutions.
The new office in the heart of the business district will double current capacity, with additional meeting rooms and state-of-the-art facilities enabling the firm to deliver more training and client events. Employees and visitors will also have access to a communal Sky Lounge and rooftop garden with 360-degree views of the city.
12 King Street, which recently underwent an £11m renovation, has been designed with sustainability and environmental considerations at the fore. Innovative smart technology and other energy-saving features mean the building has an EPC A rating and has achieved BREEAM Excellent certification. It also boasts a Cycling Score Platinum certification with extensive cycle parking and cycle spa facilities, providing an environmentally friendly commuter option.
The move further bolsters PKF Littlejohn’s North of England offering, following the opening of its Manchester office in 2023.
Commenting on the new office space, Martin Watson, Financial Services Partner, said: “The move to 12 King Street marks a truly exciting step forward for our Leeds team and the wider firm. The expanded space and upgraded facilities allow us to better support our people and provide an enhanced experience for our clients.
“The investment reflects our continued commitment to growth in the North of England, and is a testament to our long-established role as an integral part of the Leeds business and wider community.”
