We are delighted to have supported Altona Rare Earths Plc on their admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Altona Rare Earths Plc has raised gross proceeds of £2 million, through the issue of 40 million new ordinary shares at 5 pence per share, through an oversubscribed placing of £1,677,300 and a subscription of £322,700. On admission, the company will have 82,403,199 ordinary shares in issue.
Altona Rare Earths Plc is a mining exploration company focused on evaluating, developing and extracting Rare Earths in Africa.
