Satya Beekarry is a Partner in our Financial Services team in London. He is passionate about helping his clients cut through complexity.

Satya has over 18 years of audit and financial reporting experience in the insurance sector in the UK and the Caribbean. He has experience auditing insurance brokers, general/life insurance carriers, reinsurers, catastrophe bonds (including parametric), special purpose vehicles and captive insurance subsidiaries of large listed US, UK and Japanese corporations. He is a technical accounting specialist and has been involved in IFRS 17 proactive audit and non-audit work, including for a number of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 life and general insurers. 

Satya is known in the insurance sector globally as an expert on IFRS 17 and has been an active member of various practice and industry working groups on the topic. He has contributed to various publications on insurance accounting.
