Oliver is a director in our Restructuring team.

Based in Leeds, but advising clients nationwide, Oliver works with management teams, lenders and investors in distressed situations, often where a consensual restructuring or turnaround is sought. His clients value his empathetic approach and his ability to provide clear, straightforward advice in complex situations.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Oliver has undertaken assignments both nationally and internationally. During the credit crunch of 2008/9, he spent 15 months on secondment to a major clearing bank. Typically, he works with clients on working capital management, raising new or alternative funding or negotiating with key financial stakeholders. He has carried out a large number of assignments for funders with distressed clients, supporting them in managing their risk.
