Mimi is a Partner in our Corporate Tax team.

Mimi specialises in the insurance sector where she advises brokers, large insurance groups and Lloyd’s corporate members. 

As well as dealing with their annual tax returns, Mimi enables her clients to quickly and efficiently turn around their quarterly consolidated tax provisions, by acting as an extension of their in-house finance teams. She advises on large business compliance issues such as Country by Country Reporting and Senior Accounting Officer rules, and frequently supports her clients in advisory matters such as buyer and vendor due diligence. 

Mimi is dual qualified as both a CTA and a Fellow of the ICAEW. She has previously worked at the Big Four and been a valued part of the PKF tax team for over a decade.
