Lorraine is a Manager in our Business Services team and leads the delivery of our company secretarial services.

A chartered company secretary and associate member of the ICSA, Lorraine has nearly 30 years’ experience in the company secretarial field. She heads a team advising a range of PKF clients, from private companies to public companies listed on the UK capital markets, helping them to ensure they meet their compliance obligations.

Lorraine supports clients in various aspects of company secretarial work including incorporations, share capital reductions and own share purchases, dissolution, restoration and dealing with complex statutory and regulatory requirements. She also provides transactional support, working with other specialists across PKF on group reorganisations and capital restructuring, advising on current legislation and procedural aspects of company law.
