Justine is PKF’s General Counsel.

Justine guides the firm’s Leadership Team through specific legal issues, helps to make sure that our activities as a firm are undertaken within a robust legal risk management and governance framework, and offers legal advice to our client-facing teams. 

Justine has almost 30 years of legal experience, with a specialism in cross-border complex contractual and financing transactions.  She has also advised on a wide range of UK and EU regulatory matters, governance, and all aspects of legal risk management, for financial services firms, large multi-national companies, and governments.   

Justine is recognised as an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) expert, having been the ESG legal lead at her previous firm.  She has advised the Financial Services sector and the large oil ‘supermajors’ on the transformation of their business models towards decarbonisation, social principles and ESG compliance. 

Justine is a member of The Lawyer Influencers Panel and the LexisNexis Expert Panel, and a regular conference speaker on topical aspects of legal critical thinking. Justine is a registered solicitor with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
