Jonathon is a highly experienced member of our private client team with over 30 years’ experience specialising in HMRC investigations at all levels, assisting high net worth individuals with complex tax affairs inside and outside the UK. 

Jonathon’s expertise in dealing with HMRC investigations enables him to offer pragmatic and proactive advice to his clients to help them achieve the best outcomes in HMRC investigations. He is dedicated to helping his clients resolve  complex tax matters with HMRC and experienced at negotiating practical solutions whilst ensuring his clients are fully compliant with UK tax law.

Jonathon’s expertise includes tax disclosures across a wide range of tax issues, covering onshore and offshore income and gains, and the interaction of UK taxation with other jurisdictions.  

Jonathon acts for UK and foreign nationals both resident and non-resident; directors of UK and overseas companies; and individuals living, working and investing in the UK.
