Cheryl is a Partner in our Financial Services team in London.

She has more than 20 years of experience gained mostly at a Big Four firm, in both London and Gibraltar.

Cheryl is recognised in the market as an accomplished insurance audit specialist, with clients ranging from listed insurers – including those quoted on the London and New York Stock Exchanges – to insurtech start-ups and scale-ups, to Lloyds’ syndicates. She has particular expertise in board governance, data analytics and process automation.

Cheryl has a reputation for being someone who really understands the insurance sector – she is a technical specialist who challenges established ways of working and uses new technology to find commercial solutions to complex issues.  She has delivered audit and assurance across all aspects of external audit, financial reporting, transaction support, regulatory compliance and assurance in the UK and Gibraltar. 

She has extensive knowledge of consolidated group and public company requirements, including UK/US GAAP, IFRS, PIE and SOX requirements, as well as experience of Solvency II audits for both solo, groups and FCA compliance.
