Ameetab is an Audit Director in our Business Services team.

Ameetab has more than 12 years’ experience of leading and managing external audits of listed and unlisted large to medium size multinational businesses, including many PIEs.

Ameetab takes pride in building strong professional relationships with his clients, whilst developing a strong understanding of their business. He has experience in many sectors including technology, manufacturing, consulting services, media and telecommunications, block chain, exploration and minerals, and financial services.

He specialises in working with international groups preparing consolidated financial statements to tight deadlines, including finalising statutory financial statements under both IFRS and UK GAAP. He also has an in-depth understanding of corporate reporting requirements and complex accounting issues.

Ameetab completed his training at a Big Four firm in Pakistan, and worked on numerous international audit assignments in Pakistan, Japan, Kuwait and Dubai. He has been based in London for over 12 years where his experience included the audit of many high profile multinational companies.
