Tom is a Director in our Financial Services team, based in Leeds.
He works with FCA-regulated businesses, providing audit, assurance and advisory services, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. His pragmatic approach combines technical expertise with practical solutions that support compliance while enabling organisations to achieve their commercial objectives.
Tom has extensive experience leading statutory audits and client money assurance engagements, combining robust challenge with efficient and effective delivery. He specialises in Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) assurance and works with a wide range of FCA-regulated firms, including insurance intermediaries, investment managers and debt management businesses.
Alongside his client work, Tom delivers internal training across CASS 5, 6, 7 and 11 and maintains a close focus on regulatory developments. He enjoys building long-term relationships with clients, helping them address emerging challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
