The proposed admission marks an important milestone for the company and is expected to introduce an innovative new investment instrument to the UK capital markets. Through the Offer, the company is seeking to raise between £15 million and £25 million through the issue of up to 277,777 Preferred Shares at an offer price of £90 per share.
The Smarter Web Company operates technology-enabled businesses and is pursuing a strategy of building a diversified portfolio of revenue-generating operational businesses alongside its Bitcoin treasury strategy. The proposed admission of the MORE Preferred Shares represents a significant step in the company’s capital markets strategy and an innovative addition to the UK listed market landscape.
