PKF Littlejohn performed a comprehensive financial and tax due diligence exercise for Seventeen Group, carried out by our Transaction Advisory team in London led by Will Lanyon and John Needham.

“We engaged PKF to undertake financial and tax due diligence for our fund raise and recent acquisitions. The team at PKF provided valuable advice and efficiency throughout the due diligence process. They were a pleasure to work with and we appreciated their professional and proactive approach.”

Andy Swann, Finance Director
