PKF supports Seventeen Group on the raising of new debt funding with Ares Management.
This structure replaces the previous debt funding provided by Beechbrook Capital and provides Seventeen Group with significant increased capability to continue its long-term growth plans. The arrangement also allows the Group to continue its long-term partnership with Virgin Money.
PKF Littlejohn performed a comprehensive financial and tax due diligence exercise for Seventeen Group, carried out by our Transaction Advisory team in London led by Will Lanyon and John Needham.
“We engaged PKF to undertake financial and tax due diligence for our fund raise and recent acquisitions. The team at PKF provided valuable advice and efficiency throughout the due diligence process. They were a pleasure to work with and we appreciated their professional and proactive approach.”
