PKF supports Dalpo Poznań sp. z o.o. in their acquisition of Premier Limpet Limited
We are pleased to have supported Dalpo Poznań sp. z o.o., on its acquisition of Premier Limpet Limited from Amcomri Group Plc.
Premier Limpet is the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of printed and plain adhesive tape, delivering approximately 40 million square metres of tape annually through its distributor network.
The acquisition represents Dalpo’s entry into the UK market and a strategic opportunity to expand its presence as a leading European player in the adhesive tape sector. With its established manufacturing capabilities and strong market position, Premier Limpet provides a complementary platform to support Dalpo’s continued growth and sector expansion.
The transaction was completed for a minimum initial consideration of £10.1 million, with additional performance-based consideration payable.
